SJR had  a secret scrimmage vs Iona prep last week and had their way with them....its a scrimmage but still...way too high for any NYC /LI Catholic school unless they beat a Big 3 or OOS team that matters etc.....

All three of them would smoke Iona Prep.

I gotta check our some of these teams to determine how many IL schools should be in the top 100. I also have to get people out of this mindset that EStL lords above the rest of the state. If EStL, then the other three also, at least.

HSFB America

STA In top 10 nationally is too high

Miami Central or Chaminade only top 10 national football teams

Venice in top 25 nationally is too high

Probably 50s range at highest

AHP #25 is way too high nationally

50s range at highest but probably would have them about 70-90 range nationally

Cardinal Gibbons a little too high at #33, probably would have them around 60

MNW at #42 way too high nationally, wouldn't have them any higher than 70 nationally

Lakeland at #53 is low, should be top 30

Just a few off marks on national side with FL teams

Bartram Trail at #132 is too high nationally

Definitely shouldn't be ranked over Sanford Seminole or Apopka or Treasure Coast

Buchholz at #141 😂😂

Miami Killian at #162

Merritt Island at #166? That would have been too high at end of last year not even including all they lost, when will Jeff Fisher ever get a consistent reign on Florida

Lake Gibson at #168? Geez Louise

Deerfield Beach at #176? Did Jeff Fisher not even look at the transfer portal? And ahead of Dillard?? Damn the deeper I get the worse it is

Raines at #221? Did he just take last year rankings and cross them over? And over Lake Mary, Osceola, Vero Beach? 🤣

Oh and Palm Beach Central and homestead too?

Columbia at #281 behind Lincoln and St Augustine

Wow

Naples at #288?

Just a few observations from HS Football America rankings and seeing the top 300

Still waiting for you to ever respond to why a preseason ranking should give so much weight to last season when rosters change every year

Refresh my memory.
IMO National Polls are worthless - they might get 2 or 3 at the top correct, the rest is only opinion and most of the time it’s garbage. Just look at some of these teams ranked ahead of North Shore.

North Shore will be special the next 3 seasons!  Would love to see them get back on schedule with someone like DBP, PC, or BC.
Early season rankings seem to always help the highly ranked teams -  not saying it should.
This game was meant for playoff system not votes!!

DBP, Buford, CM, the little AZ school , CC, SJB are all over ranked by this site.  Most will ride wave for being overrated early.

Chaminade is a top 2 team in Florida, I know my state

Unlike some idiots on the other national board, I'm the Florida ace and everyone else there is trying to keep up with me and failing miserably and Chaminade losing to AHP in a thunderstorm last year is completely irrelevant to what potential they will do on the field this season

Maybe Texas is a bit overlooked in the poll but justifying Chaminade not belonging because of one result from 2021 is being unaware for how rankings are complied, any preseason ranking that puts more stock into results last year than potential this year is a Garbage Ranking

That's what the bozos on the other side don't get, JV results from 2020 (COVID year) or last year is meaningless for 2022
