You don’t put a 1st grader in AP Calculus. Setting up a child for certain failure doesn’t help them. It reminds them how inferior they are. There are levels to everything. What I’m saying is Norland is too far down the totem pole. Look what happened to MC and Chaminade when they played national top 5 teams SJB and BG. Didn’t look good. That’s the disparity from the top 5 to the top 25 nationally. Now Norland is barely top 20 in Florida. Which means the game will get ugly very quickly. And don’t try and run game with the “talent” angle. Dillard had loads of talent last year and did nothing with it. Plenty of teams “look good getting off the bus”. But teams like SJB are on a different level. This was just a desperate schedule filler and nothing more.
