PDE769
Great job GSB, Texas take note. UT steps up a lot and is not afraid to take a challenge. East H.S. West H.S Corner Canyon, American Fork, Timpview and Bingham have all played CA, NV and AZ top school. Com' On Man.

I would've preferred that they scheduled an elite team like SJP, but you can't always get whay you want. For that reason Cen10 will probably start just outside our Preseason Top 10 rankings. PDE769
Help me understand they have 3 state champs and a state runner up and a TL team on their preseason schedule and be out for the top 10 ranking.

Playing the likes of Timpview and Liberty AZ is ok. Just not at the level of difficulty as other elite teams vying for T10 placements. They could've easily played SJP, SFA, and Buford, which would've made a big difference in this respect.
PDE769
GSB, I respect you and your company but sometime you make no sense. Remember the SJP, SFA games did not happen due to funds. If SFA, SJP really wanted that game they would have host the games. Did Buford contact them? If I remember Cen10 wanted to FL with SJB and play in an event but was turn down. You play who you can.
PDE769
So you are saying if MD and SJB not having big names on their schedule they are not a top ten teams?

Those games didn't happen because Cen10 refused to try to generate an extra $3-5k to make them happen. They settled for lesser teams rather than work harder to secure more elite teams. Check out the 2024 OOS opponents of the elites listed below: MD: BG, SFA SJB: C-M BG: MD, STA SFA: MD, IMG, DV DV: SFA IMG: SFA, BC STA: BG Until Cen10 beats an elite OOS opponent (not named Timpview or Liberty), they'll always be solely judged on how they perform vs MD and SJB, which will never be enough to secure a Natty or T5 ranking. CaliFB
This is hilarious and you are totally full of shit haha. So they need to spend more money to get into your "elite rankings" 😂. Once again they are a public school in California. Those schools of similar models rarely if ever are taking two out of state trips in a 5-6 week span. Losing to MD and SJB each season is not the formula for rankings success.

That is clown speak.

Centennial should be ranked no higher than 25 going into this season, and that's being generous, Husan Longstreet is all they have and a few OL. Not much in elite skills on their lower levels. They get about 10 spots higher for just having Logan as a HC. Let them earn it to get to a national mid Top 20 ranking. Husky fans have always hung their hats on "almost beating MD, IMG and SJB." That won't suffice anymore now that IMG and SJB have lost of late to the likes of publics like MC and Kahuku. Those close losses are no longer as high-profile as once thought. Beating MD or SJB (not Timpview, Kahuku or Liberty) in 2024 would go along way in secuting them a Top 10 national ranking. Beating an in state team ranked 25th in the country is more impressive than beating the national 75th ranked OOS team. Im just using that as an example. All that matters is who are the best teams they have beat. They won CIF SS big boy championships in 2014 and 2015. They have beaten most of the best teams in Cali, including MD, SJB, and DLS back when they were nationally elite. Cen10 has no need to, nor has the ability to, raise money to travel the country to play teams when there are plenty of good teams to play in Cali. The modern-era of HSFB is now upon us and here to stay. Gotta beat the best to be the best.
