It’s always refreshing to see GA challenge themselves. It’s insane how many OOS teams they play every year who aren’t even in the top 5,000 nationally. And the crazy thing they play these teams with their state top 10-20!!

Thank God for Milton (SJP, JS) and Buford (DFB, C-M, Mallard Creek NC) the last few seasons. Grayson is no longer challenging themselves. The Georgia-Florida Challenge HSFB doubleherder event in Valdosta on 8/20/22 wil be a good start to the 2022 season.

Actually only half of that will be good but I may consider checking it out if my schedule permits at the time 

 

Colquitt will kill DFB, lowndes vs American heritage (it's the plantation one right?) Should be solid

Delray isn’t what they used to be but they dang sure shouldn’t be playing national powers like SJC and Bergen Catholic. That’s just foolish. They need to start small and work their way up.

Well both those are top 25 nationally so yes that would be above them but they are good enough to play some top 25-50 range teams from Florida or even a similar range from GA or AL or LA

In AHD good years they are more than capable of hanging with Bainbridge

 

Lincoln hasn't been elite in over a decade and beat a Bainbridge team that won a state title so it's not like Bainbridge is a juggernaut by any stretch

I think the narrative stems from there being over 500 games every week in Texas so of course you can find some obscure and crazy scores.
