Being that BW lost to an atrocious Collins Hill team, this game may be over after Q1! Kudos to BW though for scheduling the best. No doubt that this exciting trip to Sin City will be remembered forever be all involved.

It will be remembered by the Brookwood players as the time they got embarrassed on national TV. Same with Venice. Lol.

If you played football in your life, you remember those ass stompings forever. You don’t remember some Ripleys believe it or not museum, or worlds first railroad. You remember the other team reminding you to not quit your day job!!! Football ain’t for you!!!!!!!!!

Many of those GA boys will never ever visit Sin City again. Making memories always trumps Winning in this respect. None of these teams were strong-armed into scheduling these games. You and Bones should hang out together.

You are not paying attention then. The embarrassing ass beating on national TV is the ONLY thing they will remember. Not the sight seeing. Unless one of them bangs a hooker, he won’t remember anything else

The HSFB players of today are not like yours of the 90s. They're more resilient and have totally different priorities. Next week watch how many BW players tweet out their top plays vs BG. Attractive game film trumps team wins for today's HSFB athlete.

Someone should ask the STA players about to their trip to NY. Did visiting the Statue of Liberty trump the egg they laid in the game?

I get being excited about the opportunity. But once the dust settles the only memory will be the ass kicking. The coaches won’t admit it but the players will carry it forever.

it’s not a big deal and it’s not that serious but it will be the only thing that comes up anytime you see something about Las Vegas, casinos, Bishop Gorman etc. they won’t remember the Elvis impersonators

This is true.  No shame in losing to your arch rival either  Kids turn the page quick.  It's not about the program its about the clicks.

Hope the GHSA doesn't add BG to its banned team list along with IMG.

I wouldn’t be surprised. Brookwood is David Hunter's baby. He started their program. He’s probably not too happy. He has Robin Hines's ear. And PJ might very well be out. He hasn’t returned Brookwood relevance. And this game won’t  make them better.
Given Hunter’s duplicity with regards to transfers, how ironic is it that BW, in what was never going to be a banner year, decides to challenge one of the the best teams in the country, built around transfers. Karma.

I believe he was instrumental, or at minimum an influence  in Valdosta getting the hammer over Jake Garcia. The fear that Valdosta was going to go big time, under Propst, maximize their city school system loophole and upend Gwinnett's dominance was I believe real. In that light, the Bishop's embarrassment of Brookwood was a form of just desserts. At least in the opine of a few other programs. And myself.

Grayson stopped scheduling privates after the BC loss in 18.
