Brutal schedule.   May never see another one like it.

The only thing that could wreck it is if they lose to Buford out of the gate.

That awesome game will be broadcast to a national audience on Flo. Hope to see you there!

2019 St. John's played Deerfield, St. Joe's, Duncanville, IMG and Mater Dei in consecutive weeks then did WCAC.

Meanwhile, St. Frances plays 5 weak east coast prep schools this year plus a maybe top 10 Utah in West. And playing Mater Dei and Bosco in the same season isn't any special taste that the rest of the Trinity (or Cen10) has been getting force fed year in and year out.

PGL crafted SJCs 2019 schedule too. It was designed to go from easiest to hardest. SJC finished 2-4, but reached the WCAC finals.

The rest of the Trinity League can't compete with MD and SJB so that's a moot point. At least they're not boycotting them like SFAs league foes did.

It's great that all of the elites are playing iterations of each other this season. Gonna make for a fun season!

the point is St. Frances' schedule, while granted being one of the most challenging put together, is objectively not the hardest *ever*

It def is over the course of one season in terms of number of highly-ranked, elite opponents. And the fact that MD and SJC can't play IMG will always hurt this argument. SFA plays them annually, which no team on Earth can claim.

They should play the toughest schedule possible.  They recruit and buy established athletes!

LOL lacking? Buford is the #1 public program in America!

A public hasn't won a MNC since 2013, and it ain't happening anytime soon!

In all seriousness- based on everything that I witnessed this weekend.  SFA, SJB, BG all took step back in team quality.

Not sure about MD and IMG

Some interesting games coming!

No team in TX could stay within 28 points of those first three teams. This has already been abundantly proven.

And you and I both know that no TX team will ever schedule MD and IMG going fwd.

years past have nothing to do with now and the future.

last year Buford loses to Walton who lost 3 games

This year Buford good enough to beat SFA.

By the end of the season and for the foreseeable future we can hold multiple loses that SFA will suffer this year against them!!!

Every top TX team would lose to all the elites (esp MD, SJB, IMG) on SFAs schedule. And you know it. Buford is most likely the top public program in America.

That’s your ass talking because your mouth knows better.

There is pretty big drop off after the usual 5-6 teams.

Not one that pays $5,000 and offers a beautiful trophy like the one below!

#1 2023.jpg

We will need to build more trophy display cases on the corner of Bristol and Edinger.
