Score will probably be something like 42-10. The weather has been moderately nice this week, upper 80s, so weather won't be an issue for the Braves. Sorry, SJB, you won't be the first team to beat Allen in their home turf tho, that would be Atascocita. 😉

Who says they have to schedule those super all-star teams? You said "quality OOS opponent." There's plenty of those. Doesn't have to be someone named SJB, MD, SFA, IMG, SFA. Miami Central, East. St. Louis, Buford, St. John's, St. Joseph's Prep, etc.

Never say never. North Shore had De La Salle scheduled in 2020 but that game got cancelled because of Covid. Maybe sometime in the near future they’ll try again.

You're not picking up what we're putting down bud. I doubt Austin Westlake has aspirations of being Mythical National Champions. Their goal is to win State Titles in Texas. Same goes for North Shore. Not everything about HSF revolves around MNCs or being a nationally relevant, top-tier, top of the totem pole, cream of the crop, super elite program.

Not this again. OH BUT, if for some reason Austin Westlake started using the PGL services Joe would be raving about them non-stop. They have absolutely no control of who they play in District. They play who they get. Take it up with the UIL for that. Now, for Non-District, sure they might not have stellar OOS opponents in their schedule but they've been scheduling formidable programs from Dallas and Houston recently. Just because it's not your cup of tea doesn't mean they're terrible. Okie bye! =]

They won against Calallen buddy. And also, every single one of those teams are perennial playoff teams that usually go pretty deep. They’re not just any mediocre program.

Sure, California may have the best high school football team but that doesn’t necessarily make them the best state for high school football. It’s a lot more others things factor into it. California is very top heavy. From top to bottom, from 6A to six-man…Texas and Florida are definitely at the top. It’s not all about all-star football teams. It might be for those who are into national elites but that’s not everybody’s cup of tea. I’m sure some of that has no relevance for a team like Carthage, Shiner, Refugio, for example. (Which I’m very sure you’re not very familiar with most of those teams, nor do you care.) That’s like saying that Maryland is the best state for HS football simply because they’re home to SFA.

King out of Detroit is a pretty decent team. They remind of a lesser East St. Louis or Oscar Smith type team.

Another educating fact, that same Midlothian Heritage team that finished #100 in Texas last season was coached by the guy who will be taking over the Allen HC spot. 👍

I don't think the CC from Ohio has a football team? Other sports yes but not football, to my knowledge at least. But, San Antonio Cornerstone Christian's official football schedule has Brentwood Academy, TN on it. Same goes for BA, their twitter account posted the schedule and has Cornerstone Christian and their school logo is next to their name.

Hmm. Nolan Catholic dropped the game with Cibolo Steele and replaced them with Dallas Christian. Also, Nolan Catholic don’t want that OOS smoke anymore? Lmao. At least they have College Station on the schedule. I guess Cibolo Steele now has 9/23 open. Know anyone @GardenStateBaller? 😎
