It's called the playoffs. If you lose you go home. There are no consolation trophies. 

Why do you think teams that lose in the playoffs should still get a shot at a title? Where does that happen?

I know, but I could not find it anywhere when trying to find out Lincoln and Madison' s opponent this week.

SS D1 championship game is at the Rose Bowl. The state championships will be held at Saddleback College again this year. December 9th and 10th. 2 games Friday $17.00 will get you in for both games, 3 games Saturday $ 17.00 you will all 3 games.

The Rose Bowl is a terrible idea. This isn’t Texas. People will not want to drive that far when the game is on TV. It is much better to fill a 10,000 seat stadium than to play in a stadium with 80,000 empty seats.

Agree 100% but I will be there for SS D1 game, the CIF State Regionals game and the CIF State games @ Saddleback College. I have not missed a game since they start having the state Champions games. best games was Canyon beating De La Salle. Stub Hub Center

Those games at Stub Hub was a perfect stadium for the games. 12,000 to 17,000 fans

The problem is very poor marketing for the game. No TV, or radio and internet marketing to the public. Ca fans are very fickle when it comes to H.S. sports. If there team is not playing, they will not show up even if it's the biggest game of the year.
