Dam just tried to get tickets for the game just now Sold Out. Tickets with on sale @ 8am this morning. Now I must watch game on T.V. that sucks. Bally Sports West. Friday 7:30pm

Not possible, unless your cable provider offers Bally's Sports West.

Actually not true. I have 2 options for watching the game. My cable provider is Optimun and the game is on TV for me since I get the Fox Sports package. Fox shows the Ballys broadcast. It’s channel 251 in NJ/NY. 
I can also watch the MD games on the the MD Football Facebook page as games are live-streamed. But the group is not open to the public. Sorry.

I have Optimum too and pay extra for those sports channels like you do. We can watch it, but most Americans can't with out paying extra. I'm assuming most on here don't go the extra yard like we do!
