BC’s bracket is weak this year. Not their fault.
I have no idea about the rest- 1

Donovan Catholic won on a FG with :03 left. Devastating loss for the Paladins. Played their hearts out. It’s BC’s title to lose.
I wished they won.
I thought they were banned for 2 yrs

How bad is Joe’s injured?
I really have no idea but 04 keeps saying they are and I believe him
but even uninjured I think BC win 9 out of 10.

My goodness, Donovan Catholic barely beat PC. 31-28. Bergen really won’t see competition until MetLife. Don’t know if that is good. Who ever emerges from the bottom half of the bracket will be battle worn but tested and ready. BC will not have been tested since the October 14th SJR game. Hard to keep teenagers focused.
Yeah but with Joes supposedly injured, there’s no team close to BC.

He even said last night that the first half of DV was baaaad disclipline and penalty-wise. IMO CM is the best HC in TX as displayed by his playing calling vs DV. The first play of the game and that fake punt call was all the proof you need. He'll forever be a friend to PGL.
Who’s a better coach, CM or Roy?

Maybe?
None sounds right.

St Anthony’s lost their 4th game. No playoffs. They beat Joes by 10ish.
does Joes have a quality win?
what is BC’s quality win?
BC doesn’t even have a quality loss. Chaminade won by 41. We at least have 3 quality losses.
erasmus is 7-2.

Who is Bosco's "quality" win this year?
Maybe none. The 4 teams they lost to are all top 100-25 teams, leaving aside DePaul, which some had ahead of Bosco preseason. Bosco might be top 250-300. Almost by definition there will be no signature wins.

Underwhelming? One bad loss to DPC. Played #6 SJP very tough. I'd call losing to #5 C-M by 41 points on national TV pretty underwhelming! Everyone knew this season was going to be a rebuilding one for DBP. Most experts didn’t even have them in any NJ Top 5.
Very true. Not a great year but there are no surprises.
rest of NJ played below expectations not so much Bosco.

Bosco won 30 something to 17.

Depends. Could see a bunch of transfers after this underwhelming season.
I don’t know how committed the administration is to doing what it takes to win. They graduated a ton of seniors. 2 of their 4 best players transferred. They’re not the most talented. Their talent is young.
he made it 3 of the last 4 finals.
so, I’m not seeing the big deal.

No DV player stood out in a major way. The entire team was underwhelming as a whole. RB and QB probably looked the best.
Theyre very good.

Desoto was bigger, stronger and faster and played with more energy. It’s that simple. DV will refocus (get Simmons back fully healthy) and get ready to eventually meet north shore. They’ll be fine
Simmons was out?

DBP alum Tommy Devito quarterbacking the Jets today vs the Giants. Congrats #13!!!
When I said he’d be in the NFL his dad laughed at me.

Yes, now I can't wait to see Delby vs. Bosco.
Don’t count your chickens.

Look I can agree with you wholeheartedly about DBP but the truth is the committee can't deal in hypotheticals. The games are played for a reason. Like I said, Bosco at 4-5 (regardless of out-of-state competition) gave the committee a reason to not seem bowing to Big Guys up North. The team that should be pissed is Delbarton! They have to now run the gauntlet and beat Bosco,SJR & Bergen 3 weeks in a row. That's not right.
GSB floats in and out and on top of hypotheticals like waves as needed to reach his predetermined shores.

Beat Pope John and you get Delbarton...
Well, we’re not beating both.
I thought PC was suspended

Your gonna lose to Pope John?
Unfortunately we might not. Cheese and rice: why can we draw BC or Delbarton or even those cheerleaders from Joes.
we’ll do our best, I promise

Bosco #10 seed...
That’s great. We’ll be out in 1. We won’t even get to round 2.
can you send a link?

Delby is my NJ team! My son was at the game today to watch his friends play. I know multiple kids on that team.
I sometimes go to the homecomings. Very good school and kids. I kid about them but they graduate great people.

2000-2012 was DBPs sweet spot in this respect.
14-18 wasn’t bad.

@Hsfbfan agrees with me about Jabrill. That's all that matters.
Bosco had 14 FBS enrollees from the 5 classes of 2014-18. 2nd most in NJ. PC had 17.
