  1. He didn’t do this in its own to be a self-starter and show initiative. Yes, Michigan must pretend, and Chris must go along; but like Gotti’s rise after killing McBratney for kidnapping and killing Carlo’s nephew or whomever, shutting up, doing the couple of yrs, Chris has a future. Define foreseeable? Your qualifier tells me you agree.
  2. Who do you think is a better coach: Gary nova or leonte carroo?
  3. His star is rising. You take the fall—you’re owed big time. That guy couldn’t find PC with a GPS. He did what he had to do, and he’s gone. it’s all about the kids and giving back.
  4. I’ve been asked to tell you guys that this is a high-school-football site, and you may not discuss college, Devito, or Pearl Harbor. Sorry. Don’t shoot the messenger.
  5. Yes. I remember. I played there. I also sat on that hill to watch my brother against Eugene Napoleon of your school.
  6. We practiced on better fields in Pop Warner. Hoboken’s was awful. Newark’s. Union City. We didn’t know any better. Google Bayonne against Hackensack for the state title. Veteran’s Stadium was the worst. And at that time in early December, there was ice and snow and dirt. No grass. lol Hackensack claimed that Bayonne illegally changed their cleats at the half. no knee injuries
  7. I hate to sound unappreciative but I can’t access the article
  8. You’re definitely right. PC was good. Joes was. BC was. Bosco hung tough and surprised people. my brother called me right before the Delby game, having just looked at the ESPN 300. He coached with Jackie Moore at Marist before he went back to Bosco. He played against McGovern in ‘84. He followed HS religiously during the ‘80s and ‘90s. He follows his nephews at Ridge, that’s pretty much it. His bro-in-law played at Missouri. He follows college and pros big time, and so he only sees the NJ HS kids who make it into the big programs. He was surprised at the lack of studs in NJ. He saw the state as down in terms of talent. He also reminded me Malone was a great baseball player.
  9. In their last 6 games, Bosco won 2 last 8, Bosco won 3 last 10, Bosco won 3. That takes us back to 2017.
  10. I get it. I was also including the last few years. It’s a bit checkered but they are the cream at the top bc is the team to beat. Bc will win this yr. So that will be 3 or 4 titles in the last 5 or so title games. It speaks for itself. That’s strong. Losing by 41 to CM hurts a bit. Losing to Bosco hurt a bit. BC redeems itself, but it shows cracks now and again. But my $ is on BC almost every year in the last 5 yrs.
  11. I didn’t look at Joes’ group 3 titles. Maybe joes might have won 1 or 2 group 4 titles those years.
  12. Mickey. See my posts. BC is very good but it depends how you define dominant. they split essentially the last 17 games with Bosco’s worst teams of the past 25 years. since 2012, bc has grabbed 3 titles along with PC. Looking nationally, nj doesn’t have 1 5* this year or last. That’s not good. see the days of Pepps, mincah, Gary.
  13. Out of the 17 games, Bosco won 8, and bc won 9. parity? Dominance?
  14. 12. Bosco beat bc and lost to bc 13. Bosco lost to bc 10-3 14. Bosco beat bc 15. Bosco beat bc twice 16. Bosco beat bc 17. Bosco lost to bc 29-26 18. Bosco lost to bc 35-17 19. Bosco lost to bc 23-17, and won 24-7 20. Bosco beat bc 21. Bosco lost twice to bc 22. Bosco won 31-7 and lost 45-0 23. Bc won.
  15. From 2012 to 2022, 10 titles. pc 3 bc 3 spp 2 bosco 1 joes 1 parity?
