Staff Admin
The GHSA will be heading back to 6 classes once they take a vote in April. Currently, there are 7 classes. Due to the current reclassification (and 3.0 multiplier), teams like Buford were forced to move up to the highest classification. With the new system, Buford may be escaping back to a lower classification beginning in 2024. It's going to be interesting to see where all the top schools land once all the dust settles. Nolebull813
That’s great news. They didn’t need that many. Hell, they have about 100 less teams than Florida and had the same amount of classes.

The playoffs will be very interesting now. Doesn’t FL have 8 classes now? Too many. TN likes their watered down champions. 6 classes are WAY too many for their population.

Florida is going to 9 classes because inflation is making it expensive for the FHSAA fat cats to gas up their boats.
