Kentucky News

Hers some Kentucky news. Back in 1937 the Princeton High football team (Now called Caldwell County High) came down to Florida for a week of fun in the sun. And to play 3 varsity football games in 7 days. The opponents were Ft Lauderdale High, Lake Worth High and Stuart High.

Ft Lauderdale and Stuart held up their end of the bargain, but Lake Worth shit the bed!! Princeton goes 1 for 3 back to the bluegrass state.

Here’s some more Kentucky news. Miami Columbus travels up to Kentucky and chops down eventual state champ Highlands High. Columbus was winning 38-7 at the start of the 4th and had to stop a furious comeback by Highlands who almost pulled the miracle.

Columbus escapes 38-34. Just like Chaminade vs St John’s these are perfect reasons why you don’t take your foot off the gas

Not Kentucky related but it reminded me of when pulling your starters can screw you.

Pahokee was playing Olive Branch MS and dominating 47-20 in the 4th quarter. So they sat their starters. Olive Branch score twice quickly, and when Pahokee put their starters back Olive Branch had all the momentum and pulled off the improbable comeback scoring 28 points in the 4th to win 48-47.

one of the worst epic collapses of our time. Don’t take your foot off the gas. Ever.
