Nolebull813
Couple explanations It was mathematical impossible for STA to get the ball back, so Cocoa was obviously robbed of the win, but since I’m human and not a computer, the ranking reflects Cocoa winning the game. Vero took a tumble after Venice destroyed their only good win. A win that is said to have an asterisk. Lol. Mainland took a huge jump after being undervalued for a few weeks. Same with Apopka, CCC and St Augustine. Lake Mary dropped far down without losing just because I might have ranked them higher off a knee jerk reaction. They are well coached and have talent, but they really haven’t done much so far compared to some other teams. Their schedule is brutal towards the end. So they will sink or swim during that time. Naples and C Newman didn’t really do much wrong, but teams with stronger cases got rewarded for good behavior. Western got thrown out for losing to Coconut Creek. Creek is a tough one. They hung in with a top GA team and and beat Western. Creek has Plantation coming up. It would be hard not to rank Creek for winning that one. Western has STA. If Creek wins, and Western plays STA close, then Creek could drag Western in the rankings with them. Lol 1

Yeah because the people ranking them are just mindless robots that say win move up, lose move down with no thought process. That’s lazy and not really a poll. That’s just a list of teams that fluctuate depending on wins and losses regardless of any other tangible measurement

You are just trolling because they lost to SJB. It’s all emotion and agenda driven. No person who covers and watches high school football would believe after this week at this point in the season they are a national top 10 team

GardenStateBaller
4 minutes ago, SeaShells21 said: Okay; so “Top 13 teams in nation.” Serious Question: In the past 10 years has the state of TX ever beaten an OOS team ranked higher than them entering said game? I don't think so. You're seeking credit for beating teams you're favored to beat. Is it hard to ask for a victory over an elite team ranked higher than you?? However, everyone knows BG was recognized as the consensus #1 that season. None of those others apply as we’re talking nationally-ranked teams from non-bordering states. PS you’re making my point even more by including wins vs irrelevant teams from NM and AR. We all know that TX is supposed to beat those states teams. And Cita was the favorite vs ESL yesterday. In that case, Katy Texas were the national champions of 2015. They had 3 polls of the composite rankings list them at #1. Everyone else had two or one, including Bishop Gorman who had 2.
