    Yeah there is a way, CP has SFA #26 and we all know ESL beat them and was then demolished by Atascocita. Cita has a legit argument for being top 17 in CP (there are a lot of team comparisons that can be drawn from SFA and their opponents)

    I’m talking men’s basketball! It worked out fine for the boys as they kicked plenty private school asses. And Desoto women BB has done well and is the new Texas power. the point is those programs WANTED to be a national power…and they were by proving it on the court.

    Once again you’re not listening just talking. Once publics start seeing the benefit of winning a natty they can put together teams to compete/beat privates. Just like in basketball.

    you’re staying never is silly. A lot happens from state to state and program to program in any given year. Just like anywhere else…college/nfl etc.

    Previous coach didn’t develop them at the lower levels. Samples puts a lot of effort/energy into the middle schools. I’m sure families are moving into DV to get their kids into samples program (Duncanville is a robust suburb) and probably a small percentage take adv of OE.

    It hasn’t been magical, he was hired in 2015 and he won his first title in 2022. you say 50% of his starters are outside of Duncanville, who are they, that’s s high percentage? a matter of fact I recall you claimed DV gets on average a transfer 4**** every year. Who are these star athlete transfers the past 2 seasons?

    San Marcos HS is open enrollment. They thought they could do a similar thing like MD does in picking up about 7-8 or so athletes outside the school zone and car ride in. They got busted and reprimanded by the uil and the transfers were denied. OE is not a workaround or pass from uil transfer restrictions.

    Open enrollment is a TEA initiative (academic) its not a uil sports workaround. Uil imposed transfer restrictions with OE campuses. I can list them but you can also look them up yourself

    Lol you keep repeating the same thing we already know and thinking it reveals WHY he chose rockledge. You’re not any closer to Sample’s reasoning than you were months ago You talk so much about sos, it’s going to comical to see how you squirm when DV/NS sos 📈 while many of these teams sos 📉

    All you’re doing is repeating what we already know. We know he chose rockledge (that’s is not disputed) but you don’t know why? again rockledge wouldn’t have been a choice if you didn’t broker the deal. did you even bother to ask samples why he passed on MC and Creekside?

    Is that what he told you? So if you are so disappointed with him choosing rockledge, why did you as the promoter give him rockledge as an option?

    DF is ranked #657 in calpreps, rockledge is #570. So who had the better OOS win this season so far, CC or DV? Lol
