They have a home field (Patterson Park), and they also play a few games at the University of Maryland and Morgan State U when necessary. Again - outside of few seriously recruited - 100% relying on transfers to put them at another level - see SJB with 8 sr year only impactful transfers (documented) these schools will forever be forced to rely on transfers over development to stay near the top.
