Coach Blum is a great HC that understands the importance of playing the best and getting the most out of his team!! Conversely, Texas "Power Publics" Westlake and SLC currently have a SOS of 5.1 and 17.4, respectively! LOL Westlake is fine ranked where they are. They don’t need to be higher at the moment. (They have a new HC, still settling on a starting QB and rebuilding an OL) I’m curious on where Guyer is on your radar? i will say this, if preparation is all about sos, then one of either Allen, DV and/or Desoto should be your TX SCs this year. How much you wanna bet they’ll lose out to teams with lower sos? btw calpreps sos is not very good.
