    I don’t how they use Calpreps in Florida but in California they don’t tell anyone who should be in the playoffs they just rate the teams and the Sections that use their service determine what division each rated team belongs. i would agree on a national scale it really doesn’t work that well but on regions,divisions and sections it’s pretty good

    I’m going with Texas from top to bottom.California had maybe 4 teams better than anyone in Texas last year but I think after that things turn towards Texas. Not sold on Florida being better than California at this point and Georgia is a distant 4th to the other 3

    So In your search do you consider the quality of the game or just who’s willing to make it happen? My assumption is the former but difficulties end up making it the latter.
