@GardenStateBaller Why the hell is Odessa Permian TX playing Carver Birmingham AL, who only has 600 kids from 9-12, and they went 4-6 last year. Play a real OOS opponent not a soft ass game like this.

The vast majority of TX teams will never challenge themselves when it comes to OOS games.

Opelika lost in 3 overtimes, Enterprise beat baker 30-14 we won 41-21 and I had my first 2 fg game w/ a 35 yarder. In 6A, it’s all one seeds left with Spain park vs Saraland being the best game. All undefeated teams except for Auburn won.

Thanks to Trey Matthews and Josh Harvey -Clemmons. The Barn was a better, mainly on account of UGA’s backfield being a bunch of true freshmen by that time. And no depth at key positions. Gurley and Marshall were gone by mid-season. Old Nick Marshall sure got a rude homecoming the following year in Athens.

We had three times as many penalties as they did and we were at home it was crazy. It was a 17-7 game with about four minutes left in the first half and was scoreless after. Never really felt like Hoover had any chance to win.
