I think so.  Either many parts of the Country are poorly ranked, or BC is a true top-15 team.  

There have been better top-25 teams in NJ since Passaic in the early ‘80s, including a few of BC’s own.  It’s possible some states are black holes, and you don’t know how fair they are till you play them.

Well this is true and this is why we have this board in order to flesh it out. Personally, I've always wondered how good Chandler was over the years. There is a deference in the polls to them year in and year out as a top 20 team and the Cali boys (like Sammy) have always spoke highly of the program so you have to give that weight. But you know unless my mind forgets me, when was the last time Chandler took a top 25 game? Playing Cali's 3rd tier doesn't count in my opinion.

BC essentially shut out S.  Traveling 2500 miles.  I think they do the same to C.

We all know it comes down to the trenches. How many times did Bergen have great high powered offenses with great QB's and weapons lose in the 1st round of the playoffs to an SJR or DBP because the QB was running for his life. Saguaro was too small to handle us on both lines, don't know if Chandler could go 48 minutes against that size.
