Below is a compilation of teams that have finished in my poll at the end of the last 18 seasons.   Points are awarded based on a school's finish in the poll.    Each team is awarded 25 points for finishing in the poll plus points are awarded based on their standing in the poll.   For instance, a school that finishes ranked 70th in the poll will receive 56 points (25 for being in the poll and 31 for being ranked 70th).   Teams are listed in their order of finish, last year's ranking, and total points.
