Hoban OH at Spalding

Hun NJ at Spalding

from what I'd seen last year from Spalding, I'm excited to see 2025 schedule.

Central York (PA) travels to Hoban (OH) for 2025. Tentatively set for Oct. 17.

Do you know if any of those Eastern PA team are coming to FL this year? There’s usually one or two a year

Can you get the Broward event to move the showcase up one week? Most of these out of state teams have already played a game. That matters a lot. You can work all the kinks out. And knock the rust off. I think Bishop Gorman had already played two or three games before playing Aquinas who had played none. The Georgia teams had already played a game. The Florida teams will constantly be at a disadvantage having not played a game in eight months.

Don’t they play the KOC before that week? Everyone knows the top Florida teams usually play for real in those.

No they really don’t. Hell half the teams will put their JV players in the 4th quarter. It’s a preseason game and treated as such. Starters start, then they rotate a lot of guys to avoid injury. It’s just to knock some rust off but the intensity is nowhere near that of a regular season game

Broward Event on Aug 21-23:

Milton at STA

SFA at AHP

Peachtree Ridge at West Broward

C-M vs MNW

Chaminade-Madonna vs. Miami Northwest?

Also, surprised to see no CA or OH team in this event.

not sure that these are top OOS but some of the better ones for TN teams so far...CPA is playing archibishop moeller and tupelo, MS.  add in oakland and ravenwood plus the new D2-AAA schedule (baylor & mccallie) and they might have the toughest schedule in TN.

curious to see who LA schedules OOS or out of region.  I know ravenwood is on there, so they have 4 more to fill.

SJB attended two years seasons in a row.

OH hasn't traveled this far in recent years. The exception was Glenville at IMG.

I haven't seen St. Joe's Prep schedule yet, Dematha Catholic, or Good Council (MD). I know it's early. I'm curious on where Duncanville (TX) is playing, Bishop Gorman (NV), Kahuku (HI), Corona Centennial (CA). I have a list of these schools for when their schedules are released.  Usually not until April at the earliest for a complete schedule.

SJP has dropped off talent-wise of late. I can't see them scheduling any of the elite anymore.

GC is hosting Depaul NJ and Columbus FL.

BG has MD and ESL.

No updates on the others.

Damn, CPA! That's going to be a brutal schedule! Are there any breathers?

It depends on who the 'elite' are, but I can see SJP scheduling Spalding, GC, Dematha, Gonzaga, Don Bosco. You and I both know SJP does not shy away from competition.
