OLU may be a little high, I watched the Gorman game and it was no contest.   Also, where is Southlake Carroll?

@Omaha Vol I have to say this is the opinion poll I most agree with, at least at the very top. I like how you are astute enough to acknowledge that Gorman is the second best team, and not automatically give the #2 spot to an undefeated Texas or Georgia team.

BG wasn't competitive vs MD (down 24 with 9 mins left in game) and barely got by a 3-loss STA that many would call "down." . Sorry, but that's not the resume of a #2 team in America.

Some nights teams just play well, and some nights they don’t. MD played very well against Gorman. It was probably the best we played all season, except for the first Bosco game. 
Nobody will ever convince me that Gorman isn’t the second best team.

The entire MD staff felt that SFA was the best team they played this season.

Don’t get me wrong, SFA was very good. But I haven’t spoken to a single person associated with the program that does not consider Gorman our best win this season.

Your HC and a few assistants personally told me they thought SFA was the best team you played this season.

We know you love SFA but nobody believes this. To say SFA is better than Gorman or Bosco is crazy. OLu beat SFA. So that is 3 teams we played that were ranked higher and better than SFA. I don’t know if SFA would have beaten Cen10 either.

Just today Khaled Holmes told me this over the phone. He said the SFA D was his deciding factor over the others. 

Looks like I'll be awarding MD its #1 trophy and $5,000 check during its annual football benefit on 1/11/25.
