Professor Fate Posted November 9 Posted November 9 (edited) 8 hours ago, GardenStateBaller said: After tonight Servite will end its season at 6-5. Servite hasn't been the same since QB Leo Hannan (a Michigan State commit) was injured early in game #3. Their QB situation got worse when the 2nd string QB transferred to Yorba Linda in mid-season. Hannon tried to come back in the Orange Lutheran and Santa Margarita blowout losses, but just wasn't himself. That just left the freshman 3rd string QB who is a very good runner, but will need to work on his passing (O TDs and 4 interceptions), and learn to protect the football. Servite's first four possessions ended in an interception, a lost fumble, and two turnover-on-downs. I was hoping for a D-II playoff berth, or, failing that, no playoffs berth at all. I was hoping against hope that Leo Hannan would be back at (or near) full strength this week, but when I saw that he wasn't, I figured our season would end against Sierra Canyon. Congratulations to Sierra Canyon, and good luck against Mater Dei next week. Edited November 9 by Professor Fate 2 Quote
