@Nolebull813 it wouldn’t shock me if you are correct about 5-5 type team year in and year out if they keep playing tougher schedule.

Has BC played them?

They have to play the toughest schedule in America because everyone is afraid to schedule them. Hoping that changes for the good of the sport and everyone involved. Cancel Culture is a dreadful thing in every walk of life.

If MD blows out SFA that means DV has NOOOO chance of winning a MNC this season!!!

But if they don’t (and I don’t think they will - jet lag, looking ahead to league play against a very good SM team the following week, etc), then DV’s top 10 ranking looks more legit.

Is this reverse excuse thread material? 😉

No…I will be shocked if MD doesn’t work them over this year.

I do believe most of the overly recruited poaching privates schools like MD are little down this year.  MD looks really good and this game will be very telling one way or the other.  For now I have MD ahead of SJB as the #1 team.  It’s easy to be good when you guys have stacked the teams with roughly 40 D1 type kids!

SFA has some dudes…they just do not have the offense to keep this one close vs MD

I will be tuned in for sure

If MD blows out SFA (who is basically equal to DV) that means DV has NOOOO chance of winning a MNC this season even if they go undefeated!! The more SFA loses, the worse it is for DV.

Never thought DV would be #1 - not 100% sure they are #1 in Texas.  Let’s see if they can beat DS this year.

Come on dude.  It’s not cancel culture.  It’s private school who decided to go all in on Football without any regard to the rules and regulations.

It won't be a good thing if DV, DS and NC all have at least one loss to each other.

Bogus statement from the bogus poll!

IMG already beat only plays 10 games and by the way some of the schedule is silky soft!  Yet the bogus poll keeps them in the top 10

Corner Canyon > IMG

Bogus!!!

Imagine already being D1, giving up a chance to win a state championship to play for a traveling circus and going 5-5. Lol.

I get you get to travel and play top teams but this doesn’t seem sustainable

Imagine living in one of the worst, crime-riddled cities in America and having the oppty to play the game you love while earning a D1 college scholarship at the same time. You suburbia dudes don't have a clue how important SFA is to its community and vice versa.

They couldn’t even negotiate more favorable game times in Cali.  Do any of the adults involved in scheduling these games care about the players?

Saturday game in New Jersey

Friday game in Cali

Saturday game in Texas

Friday night  game back on West Coast time.

remember when ECA played 3 weeks in Texas - Hell, they stayed here for 3weeks.  Was broken team when they took off.  They played Trinity, Desoto, and Coppell back to back Coppell got them last and was the weakest of the 3 and bet the worst 45-2 lol

What you described above is why each and every baller craves to play at SFA. #nocowardsallowed

That’s all good.  If you want in that DMV conference reinvent yourself and follow the rules.

They're so good that the pussies in their own conference won't play them. They have no choice to do what they're doing.

Fun Fact: Over the last five seasons SFA has graduated/produced 157 D1 football players. And currently five (5) alums are on NFL rosters. And you tools are questioning their actions and motives!!! LOL
