I said back in Houston tomball and Cita had more competitive games than Desoto and Guyer did in DFW. They lost to Klein collins 31-8 in district

Desoto's schedule was horrible outside of Duncanville

Guyer lost to Allen

Guyer went to OT with Ryan

Guyer Beat Byron Nelson by 7

Beat Prosper by 3 in the rematch in a terrible game to watch

Until Guyer,  Atascocita etc venture put to actually play these 4-10 teams from other states. Everything is just talk

Cita is playing liberty. The same can be said though of your Folsom’s and cathedral Catholics. I don’t see them jumping into these challenges either with top states 4-10

Cita beat summer creek by 6

beat Dickinson by 1

beat ridge point by 3

(Lost to NS twice but I’m not assessing that score)

Katy- Trinity never played in Trinity's hey day.  That's past them

Hopefully Euless Trinity’s new coach can get them back to the caliber that ET once was. He’s coming from the Southlake Carroll staff, and is the son of Trinity’s legendary Lineweaver.

They were also 2nd in their district.  I like your narrative.  Carroll and Duncanville were the best in Dallas both were in division 1

So tell me how they could walk through the best from Dallas without playing the top two teams from that area.

When's the last time Allen played a top 2 team from Dallas at their stadium?

Guyer (district mates) , SLC ‘12 (first game in stadium) , chill (‘13)

Yes really. The metric is easily researchable.  Cali having a heisman doesn’t speak to their lack of recruiting

I'm juat saying they usually have good athletes that come from Cali. I'll believe you when you say there are slipping ad u are more informed than I.

You got to look at the entire picture...Having few seriously recruited up teams in your state isn't enough when considering the entire state.

Texas is the most over rated…CaliBall is the most underrated

With the young Coach Lineweaver taking over, I can see Trinity getting better over time!

It will be interesting watching Lineveaver vs Dodge games in the future.  These guys are also pretty good friends too!
